Every person i spoke to was lovely and patient. They understood when I had to rearrange or cancel appointments due to life getting in the way and they weren't pushy with me in those times. They took time to get to know me and what fit my lifestyle best and which policy would be the best fit for me, even if that was the cheapest option. Great service from start to finish, glad I didn't go anywhere else!

Everyone is so friendly and made the whole process really easy. I have a very busy life with little children and lots going on and I forget to do things if I don’t do it right away. They sent me reminders that were helpful but in no way intimidating or annoying. I was glad they were keeping me updated and letting me know they were there to help. So glad I decided to use this company. I don’t have a lot of headspace to do these things but it was very important to me to get it set up and they made it super simple.

Great service from start to finish. The whole team were very helpful in finding myself and my Husband’s life insurance very thorough and gave a few options to choose from with very clear descriptions. Not pushy at all don't bombard you with phone calls while you are looking through the options. My Husband has also taken out the income protection and again brilliant service. Thanks again.
