Cover my bubble is a wonderful company, and I have recommended that many people use them since finding out about them online. All members of staff I have dealt with have been wonderful. This has been quite a long process for me, as I was waiting for hospital test results when we first started looking at the insurance. Due to lost results at the hospital and various other things slowing it down, the staff at Cover My Bubble provided help along the way, reminders and prompts when needed and altogether did a wonderful job. Due to various health issues in the past, I wouldn't have felt confident that any cover I got alone would have been suffiecient, but with Charlotte's help and questions and her liasing with the underwriting team I am happy to finally feel properly covered. Thank you for your patience and help along the way!

Absolutely fantastic service from first contact through to both me and my husband taking out polices, after reviewing the current ones we had in place. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic as ours did take a long time due to waiting for medical investigations etc, the team were patient and checked in regularly. From first contact to receiving my policy documents the team have been great to deal with. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. I had an existing policy with somebody else which they were happy to look over and compare to what could be offered through them and were very honest. I have taken out a policy with cover my bubble and couldn't be happier or feel more confident in their services .
